West side of Shanghai (Puxi) represents the history of Shanghai and was colonies of several countries in 1900-1940s. It remains its colonial past in many ways and waiting for us to discover. On the contrast, East side of Shanghai (Pudong) is skyscrapers - the symbol of “New Shanghai” and “New China”. Also, It has the second tallest building (527meters) erecting in the financial quarter. This tour takes you riding from history to present.

The tour will take you down some picturesque streets and lanes to show you an amazing range of eccentric dwelling places. Streets remained from colonial time have always been fascinating to explore. Enjoy visiting one of the most charming old neighborhoods of Shanghai and learning about the people who once called this area home. If you are lucky, you would see street chess snooker and mahjong gaming.

Half Day Cycling in French Concession (Tour Code: HD01)	Date: Everyday
This old French Concession ride focuses on the leafy streets, lilongs, stone-gates houses from 1910s to 1930s that were home both local Shanghainese and to many expatriates. In addition, we will visit the original and renovated residential and business area. The trip ends in Yuyuan Bazaar where the business took place back to 600 years ago in Ming Dynasty.

Historical Ride & Walk - Visit Former Jewish Neighborhood (Tour Code: HD02)	Date: Everyday
During the WWI, Shanghai was the only place for Jews to come without a visa. A lot of European countries were frightened of the situation. Therefore, they were not willing to accept Jews immigrants for refugees. Shanghai became a ‘Noah’s Ark’ saving thousands people. In recently years, people who had lived in the area when they were kids come back to see places that has kept their past. Some offspring come to see what their parents suffered during war time.
