  1. 1. Is the tour in English?
    Yes.
  2. 2. Are the bicycle and helmet included in the tour?
    Yes.
  3. 3. Does the tour include lunch?
    No. Lunch is not included. We stop a couple of places that you can grab a sandwich.
  4. 4. What if it rains? If the weather forecast says showers or raining, we bring a raincoat. If it’s too heavy, we stop and wait for it clear. If it rains too badly and not suitable to cycle, we will refund you if the payment is made.
  5. 5. Can my child join the tour? Any age limit?
    Yes. Children under 12 are not permitted biking on the drive way by law.
    If your children are between 12-16, please do not hurry to sign up. Contact us please.
  6. 6. What traffic lights should I follow? Is it the one for cars or the one pedestrian?
    In most streets, these two lights indicate the same. In some major intersections, there may be traffic light for bicycles. In most cases, you should follow the pedestrians’ one.
  7. 7. Can you start the tour from our hotel or office?
    We have a regular route starting from our office. If you have a group of people and prefer to start and end from your hotel or office, this can be arranged. However, the pre scouting will be required as some roads are prohibited from cyclists and lots of single way streets. Therefore, extra cost for scouting and shipping bicycles to your designated starting point may be applied. Please contact us to inquire more information.
  8. 8. How do I pay?
    We accept Paypal or cash (any floating currencies that we can exchange Chinese money in the bank)

    Book and pay (part of the tour fee if you want) to complete the booking
  10. 10. Should I tip the guide?
    If you are happy with the guide, we encourage you to tip the guide.
  11. 11. I would to like to join Suzhou tours or Hangzhou tours. How can I go the city?
    If you are travelling by yourself or in a small group, we would suggest you taking a train. It’s 30 min from Shanghai to Suzhou, and 1.5hrs from Shanghai to Hangzhou.
  12. 12. How can I buy a train tickets?
    The trains to Suzhou, Hangzhou and Nanjing are full all the time. We would suggest you buying your train tickets at least 2 days ahead. If you join our tour, we can help you to purchase the tickets. Whatever the cost is, you can pay us back in cash.
